In addition to representing clients in connection with diversified commercial operations and large-scale business projects, including the purchase/sale of businesses, the conclusion of strategic partnerships with stakeholders, capital raising, and investments, Julien acts as a strategic advisor by collaborating with the development and implementation of legal and business strategies aimed at achieving his clients’ development, growth, and operational risk mitigation objectives.
Before founding DCH3, Julien served as Vice President responsible for the Asian office of a Montréal-based private investment bank, a period during which he was stationed in Bangkok, Thailand, where he resided for nearly two years. In this role, Julien accompanied and advised Canadian clients in the development of their business in Asia and promoted North American opportunities to Asian companies, entrepreneurs and investors.
